Cancellation Policies

The reservation cancellation policies are determined by the homeowners or agents for their own listings. Cancellation policies may differ for each listing. The guests must read the cancellation policy carefully before making the reservation, which is noticed on the listing details. All guests must adhere to this cancellation policy. The homeowners or agents is responsible in refunding the total accommodation fee or the deposit paid by you within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Please read the “ Booking Cancellation Policies" section below.

Booking Cancellation Policies
Relaxed	• If you cancel your booking 14 days before check in, the owner / agent refunds 100% of the total accommodation fee or the deposit.
Flexible	• If you cancel your booking 30 days before check in, the owner / agent refunds 50% of the total accommodation fee or the deposit. • If you cancel your booking 14 days before check in, the owner / agent refunds 25% of the total accommodation fee or the deposit.
Moderate	• If you cancel your booking 14 days before check in, the owner/agent refunds 50% of the total accommodation fee or the deposit.
Strict	• If you cancel your booking 60 days before check in, the owner / agent refunds 50% of the total accommodation fee or the deposit. • If you cancel your booking 30 days before check in, the owner / agent refunds 25% of the total accommodation fee or the deposit.
Super Strict	• No refunds are given if you cancel your booking at any time.
