It features a modern and comfortable lounge leading out onto the outdoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one en-suite bedroom), two bathrooms (one shared bathroom and one en-suite room bathroom), sun porch/roof terrace, private swimming pool, private beautiful landscape garden and BBQ. The villa is 5 minutes drive away from the village square, where you can enjoy some of the local restaurants and shops. Calis beach and Fethiye centre is only 20 minutes drive away either by a local mini-bus (dolmus) or by a car, and 35 minutes drive away to Oludeniz beach (famous Blue Lagoon).

* We require a non-refundable deposit of 30% in order to book the villa. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date; however, we are flexible on late bookings. If the balance is not paid on the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the dates.
* We require a security deposit in case breakages or damages is done during your stay in the property. The security deposit will be refunded at the time of check out if there are no breakages or damages.
* PayPal and bank transfer fees are not included in the accomodation prices.

* Maid service is done before your arrival; if staying two weeks or more, made service will come once a week.
